We make fresh and dried artisan pasta, every day. All our pasta is made using bronze pasta dies, which we believe provide the best finish to a freshly made pasta. Our fresh pasta is served in our delis in Bridgend and Cardiff, Wales. Our dried pasta is made using premium Italian pasta flour. We dry the pasta at low temperatures and over a long enough time to capture as much flavour from our fresh ingredients as possible.
Our pasta is carefully hand packaged using the best materials possible for our environment. Using clear plant matter bags we are not only able to show off the amazing colour of our pasta, but they're safe for home composting too! Alternatively, if you're popping in store to see us why not fill up one of your own containers or use one of our brown paper bags.
We make our pasta using only water and wheat flour, meaning that our pasta is suitable for both vegetarian and vegans. We also use superfoods, vegetables & natural ingredients to create all of our different flavours. Don't worry, all of our flavoured pastas are also vegan & vegetarian... even our chocolate flavour!
